Key Responsibilities
Support executive teams with leadership strategy and organizational planning
Develop decision-making frameworks and performance improvement recommendations
Facilitate leadership alignment and team collaboration initiatives
Conduct organizational assessments and leadership evaluations
Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and consulting recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
Strong communication and leadership development skills
